On the path of rediscovery.

By the time I was 10, I had survived a botched science experiment, grown until I towered over my house, and even taken a plunge off a cliff. Quite the adventurous childhood, right?

Well, it all took place in my dreams. These dreams were filled with magic and familiarity that stuck with me. The beauty of childhood is that we naturally embrace this sense of wonder, but as adults, it becomes harder to stay in tune with it amidst the to-do lists and stressors of daily life.

As I grew older, I realized that my dreams were a doorway back to the wisdom and clarity I experienced as a child. Today, as both a therapist and a dream facilitator, I help others reconnect with their own dreams, guiding them to rediscover the insights, creativity, and self-awareness embedded within.

I’ve spent over 10 years working in the mental health field and hold a Master of Social Work from Salisbury University. Alongside this, I’ve dedicated 15 years to studying dreamwork. With specialized training in Active Imagination, Group Dreamwork, and Lucid Dreaming Induction Techniques, I offer a balanced blend of professional experience and personal insight into the world of dreams.

When I’m not guiding others on their dream journeys, I’m also embracing the wonder of childhood through the eyes of my own kids. Their imaginative worlds remind me every day of the importance of staying connected to that inner sense of magic and curiosity—something I’m passionate about bringing to the work I do with my clients.

If you’re ready to explore the meaning behind your dreams, I’m here to guide you on that journey. Together, we can uncover the wisdom and wonder you carry within you, just waiting to be rediscovered.
